“Delicious foods that are naturally Gluten & Wheat Free”


The inspiration for the creation of Isabel’s Brazilian Flavours brand was born out of my lifelong passion for cooking. I wanted to share my enthusiasm for little-known ingredients and introduce new flavours, particularly ones enjoyed in my home country of Brazil, to a wider audience.

Further more it occurred to me that Brazilian cooking culture like other South American countries does not depend as much upon wheat-based products, and there appeared to be a real need for great tasting gluten and wheat free foods. I’m not coeliac, but having read about the condition and being an advocate for all things natural, I realised that I might had some special recipes worth sharing.

The ingredients I use in my recipes are very special to me and I enjoy preparing them for my family and friends. Indeed, I had been told so many times how delicious and wonderful they were that when I was choosing the recipes, the old favourites ticked all the right boxes for turning my ideas into successful products.

Although our products are not certified organic, all our ingredients are responsibly sourced from accredited partners. We make sure that the cassava roots used to produce the flours we use to create our mixes are cultivated without the use of agrochemicals and are GM free. No pesticides or chemical are used on grazing areas.
